About Hannah Programme and Project Manager
Hannah is an accomplished programme manager with over a decade of experience, specialising in systems change, partnerships, and complexity across both the non-profit and government sectors. For the past two decades, she had worked closely with marginalised communities, including with individuals facing homelessness, mental health challenges, or complex needs. Hannah is committed to addressing systemic inequities and creating a fairer world for all, with a particular dedication to the principles of co-production and the redistribution of power. Hannah is a previous winner of the Howard League for Penal Reform in Women’s Services, and has co-authored an academic article on co-production.
“Looking for training on safeguarding/inclusion/diversity for your team? I’ve worked with Laurelle Brown for many years and I cannot recommend her enough. I have attended her training on CCE, CSE and children in care/care leavers. She is an amazing trainer and facilitator”
